**FIRST TIME GUESTS:** Clients seeking a chemical service or hair color correction for the first time with Leonardo must have an in-person consultation to evaluate the appropriateness of the service.
**CONSULTATIONS:** These are complimentary and aim to assess and inform, with no obligation for the customer or Leonardo to proceed with a service. A consultation does not guarantee that a service will be performed at any time afterward. Therefore, we request first-time visitors to call ahead to discuss any chemical services before booking or for service, as this is essential for a successful experience.
**ALL COLOR CORRECTIVE WORK** is understood by the client to be inherently unpredictable therefore, the client takes full responsibility for the results, with no recourse or obligation for compensation of any sort from Leonardo.
**APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELATIONS:** We kindly request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of scheduled service total. Services over $150 will require a credit card number.
**COURTESY REMINDERS** are just that: a reminder for your upcoming appointment and do not relieve customers of their obligation to arrive on time. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
